PENSION BOARD MEETING MINUTES
"SPECIAL MEETING"
Monday, September 9, 2013 — 9:00 A.M.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 9:05 a.m. by the Chairman, Darrel Presley. The following
members were present: Chris Collison, John Dovydiatis and Alan Smith. Plan Administrator
Susy Pita attended via conference call.
2. Extension of Disability Application Period for David Morgenstern
The Plan Administrator informed the trustees that the 90 day application period for David
Morgenstern will expire on September 17, 2013. The Attorney's office has collected all the
medical records and is in the process of scheduling the independent medical examination. As
soon as the IME doctor submits his report to the Attorney, they will contact Susy to set a date
for the disability hearing.
A motion was made by Chris Collison to extend the disability application period to December 17,
2013. Seconded by John Dovydiatis, the motion carried unanimously.
3. Adjournment
The meeting ended at 9:10 a.m.
