Ms. Buie moved to approve the June 5, 2014 Meeting Minutes. Mr. Loader seconded. Motion carried 4 to 0.

Ms.Buie moved to approve the Final Plat for Thornbrooke Phase 1, as recommended by staff. Mr. Loader seconded.

Staff Reports
Mr. Gibson introduced Mike Cash, the City's new Planning Engineer.
Mr. Gibson discussed the development projects and businesses listed on the staff report compiled by Mary Muse that
was distributed at the meeting.
Commissioners Reports
Chairman Mills reported that the final report for the Aloma Spur study has been prepared. Mr. Gibson will provide a
copy (e -mail) of the report prepared by MetroPlan Orlando to the board along with an update on other transportation
projects in Sanford.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:40 1
