Pretreatment Division with a completed General Wastewater Discharge Application within the next 30
days. If the applicant fails to submit all required paperwork to the pretreatment Division, a fine will be
assessed for each day after the 30 day period.
In accordance with this Certificate of Completion, all inspections for
compliance with Florida Building Code 2004 have been performed and
approved.
If the construction project was permitted and built under the owner /builder
contractor exemption of Florida State statute 489.103; refer to state statute
regarding limitations on renting, lease or sale of this property.
