Final Certification and Punch List for Southgate /Cheddars

I have reviewed the Punch List for Infrastructure for the Southgate Project and the marked -up
drawings from the City dated June 19th, 2013. In reviewing the list the majority of the items can
be completed in the next 2 -3 weeks with all of the work completed within the next 4 weeks. We
will prepare a detailed response with specific timeframes to complete each item and forward that
to you by the end of this week. In the interim we will have the Contractor start the work
immediately.
have attached the 4 sets of record drawings and the 2 CD's of the PDF and DWG files listed by
John Schultheis together with the Engineer's certification for the backbone work. The
certification for Cheddars was sent under a separate letter.
