This is to certify that the building located at 151 Towne Center Blvd for which permit number
05 -3050 has heretofore been issued on June 16, 2005 and has been completed according to
plans and specifications filed in the office of the Building Official prior to the issuance of said
building permit, to wit as New Commercial Remodel complies with all the building, plumbing,
electrical, zoning and subdivision regulations ordinances of the City of Sanford with the
provisions of these regulations.
