Mr. Robert called the meeting to order at 10 AM.
MINUTES
Mr. VonHerbulis moved to approve the Minutes of the November 2, 2006 Regular Meeting. Mr. Huber
seconded. Mr. Garrett not present at this time, all others in favor. Motion carried 7 -0.
PROOF OF PUBLICATION
Mr. Rutz moved to accept the proof of publication for the Public Hearing being considered. Ms.
Dennison seconded. Mr. Garrett not present at this time, all others in favor_ Motion carried 7-0,
CONSENT AGENDA
Approve the Final Plat for Falcon Commercial, a five lot commercial development, located at 1301
Rinehart Road.
Mr., Yosefian moved to approve the Final Plat per staff s recommendation. Mr. Volk seconded. Mr.
Garrett not present at this time, all others in favor. Motion carried 7 -0.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Hold a Public Hearing to consider the list of primary land use issues for the Evaluation and Appraisal
Report of the Comprehensive Plan; Antonia Gerli, Principal Planner -- City of Sanford, representative.
Mr. VonHerbul is moved to approve the list of primary land use issues for the Evaluation and Appraisal
Report of the Comprehensive Plan per staff's recommendation with a minor modification to Item 7 by
deleting the words "the foundation for." Ms. Dennison seconded. All in favor Motion carried 8 -0.
STAFF REPORTS
A staff report was distributed for the board's review. After discussion regarding the December 2 I s
meeting, the consensus of the Board was to cancel the meeting.
COMMISSIONERS REPORTS
Mr. Kutz stated he would like to see a list of all players involved with a project, not just an LLC name.
The other members did not feel it would be necessary when reviewing a project.
Mr. VonHerbulis asked for a status report on the traffic signal at Northstar Industrial Park.
CITIZEN PARTICIPATION
None.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:45 AM.
