This is to certify that the building located at 15000 Myrtlewood Dr. for which permit number 04-
90 has heretofore been issued on June 8, 2005 and has been completed according to plans and
specifications filed in the office of the Building Official prior to the issuance of said building
permit, to wit as New Multi - Family Building complies with all the building, plumbing, electrical,
zoning and subdivision regulations ordinances of the City of Sanford with the provisions of these
regulations.
