Dear Rick:
Pursuant to our meetings on site, Lot 5 Phase III, Northstar Business
Park, on Thursday June 27 and Friday June 29, 1991, I agree to the
following:
Correct the Lot 5 retention, pond, and dzzigg drainage structure.
Sewer service shall be maintained on a daily basis by The Briar Corp.
as per agreement between Mike Good and Paul Moore, until the Lift Station
is fully operational.
The Briar Corp. shall adjust all water line gate valves to City Standards.
The street lights for Northstar Business Park shall be installed according to thexNxi
existing agreement with the City of Sanford.
All FDER and SJR1%?MD certifications shall be copied to the City of Sanford
as available.
The items outlined above shall be completed within thirty days mfx from
this letter.
