Mr. Robert called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
MINUTES
Mr. Kutz moved to approve the Minutes of the November 17, 2005 Regular Meeting. Mr.. Green seconded. All in
favor. Motion carried.
PROOF OF PUBLICATION
Mr, Yosefian moved to accept the proof of publication for the Public Hearings being considered. Mr. Huber
seconded. All in favor, Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARINGS.
Hold a Public Hearing to consider a request to Rezone 0.427 acre at 2809 Palmetto Avenue from SR -1, Single
Family Residential to GC -2, General Commercial for a future commercial Urban Infill Development;
Timothy P. weber, owner /representative.
Mr, Volk moved to approve the Rezone per staff s recommendation. Mr. Huber seconded. All in favor. Motion
carried.
Hold a Public Hearing to consider a request to Rezone 5.91 acres at 4405 St Johns Parkway for The
Fountains, a proposed mixed use commercial development; Eoghan N. Kelley, owner; Rayon Taylor and Linus
Saavedra - Metro Architecture and Ray Veloso — Fountains Development, LLC, and Chris Kelley, representatives.
Mr. Kutz moved to approve the Rezone per staff s recommendation, excluding the reference to the 14 foot cross
access easement shown on the Master Plan. Mr, Yosefian seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

STAFF REPORTS
Mr. Robertson informed the board that on November 27, 2005 the Department of Community Affairs published its
Notice of Intent to find the City of Sanford Comprehensive Plan Amendment in compliance in the Sanford Herald.
The amendment was adopted by the City Commission on October 10, 2005
COMMISSIONERS REPORTS
Mr. Kutz asked for a status on the installation of the traffic signals on 17192 in front of walMart. Mr. Robertson
said he would cheek on it and report back.
