units and 42,000 sq. ft. commercial retail space on 9.36 acres at 750 Fulton Street (north of the Sanford
Herald building).

Mr, Kutz called the Worksession Meeting to order at 6:06 P.M.
Mr. Gibson informed those that were present that the purpose of this Worksession was to hold a
Community Awareness and Participation Plan (CAPP) meeting. A written overview of the project was
distributed and available to all in attendance. The proposed project is a mixed use development
containing two (2) 24 story residential towers with 468 dwelling units and 42,000 square feet of
commercial retail space on 9.36 acres.
Mr. Jerry Mills gave a brief overview of the proposed Rivers Edge project.
Mr. Stephen Myers came forward to express concerns about the project's design including that the
project creates a "wall" along Lake Monroe.
Mr. Chris Kelly came forward generally in support of the project and is interested in working with the
developers and architects.
