Mr. Mills called the meeting to order at 10:04AM.

The board unanimously approved Ms. Oyewale's and Mr. Padgett's absences as excused.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Loader moved to approve the May 7, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Mr. Esler seconded. Motion carried 5 -0,
Ms. Buie abstained due to not being present at the May 7 th meeting.
Mr. Loader moved to approve the May 13, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Mr. Esler seconded. Motion carried 6 -0.
Public Hearings

Mr. Loader moved to approve the conditional use request to establish vehicular accessory sales and
installation for the purpose of tire sales at 701 French Avenue subject to a Development Order that includes
the conditions recommended by staff and the two changes made by City Attorney. Mr. Green seconded.
Motion failed 3 -3. (For: Loader, Green, Mills; Against: Esler, Buie, Dane)

Mr. Esler moved to continue the public hearing until next meeting (July 9, 2015). Ms. Buie seconded.
Motion carried 5 -1, Mr. Green against.
Staff Reports
Ms. Hinson reported Jordan Smith attended a SunRail Technical Advisory Committee meeting on June 3rd
and staff will provide information at the next meeting.
Ms. Hinson reported staff is incorporating all the comments made at the May 13 meeting to the
Architectural Standards and will submit it before the board as a public hearing item in the near future.
Citizen Participation
None.
Commissioners Reports
There was general discussion regarding the review /approval of items associated with a site plan, types of
notifications during and after the approval process, and pervious /impervious requirements.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:15 AM.
