Mr. Mills called the meeting to order at 10:04AM.

The board unanimously voted Mr. Green's absence as excused and Mr. Padgett's and Ms. Oyewale's
absences as unexcused.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Loader moved to approve the June 4, 2015 Meeting Minutes. Ms. Buie seconded. Motion carried 5 -0.
Development Plans

Mr. Loader moved to approve the Final Plat for Seminole Commons based on consistency with the City's
subdivision regulations and compliance with Chapter 177 of the State Statutes subject to the plat meeting all legal
and technical requirements as determined by the City Attorney and City Surveyor prior to being recorded. Mr. Esler
seconded. Motion carried 5 -0.

Presentation
A presentation on the Central Florida Water Initiative was given by Shelley Lauten - trisect and Nancy Christman -
SJRWMD.
Staff Reports
Staff distributed copies of the current Project Map, a SunRail update since opening day, and a Staff /City
Commission information report.
Mr. Gibson informed the board the City will be hosting a LEEDND workshop on August 4 th and 5th
Citizen Participation
None.
Commissioners Reports
Mr. Loader reported he attended an FDOT meeting at Seminole County regarding the widening of 17/92
between Lake Mary Boulevard and 1s Street. The first phase of the project will be between Lake Mary
Boulevard and Airport Boulevard.
