2008, at 7 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

[Commissioner Jones returned to the meeting.] Commissioner Jones expressed concern that Staff is
approving some minor conditional uses that have direct affect on land use, specifically within established single family
neighborhoods, and suggested that those not be handled solely by Staff but that they be considered by the Planning &
Zoning Commission or the City Commission. Mayor Kuhn asked Acting City Manager Aday to follow up on this item.
