We propose to design, permit, and install modifications to the existing wet pipe fire sprinkler system at the above project. Project is a renovation of an existing sprinklered space. Sprinkler heads to be chrome semi recess in finished ceilings, brass upright in exposed areas. Pipe sizing for overhead piping to be same as existing. Piping to be steel UL /FM ASTM A -795 with roll groove and weld fittings. Pipes joined with threads to be schedule 40 steel. No Flexhead, FIT, Pressfit, Pozlock, XL, Flexdrop, Aquahose, cpvc, threaded lightwall, or other non standard or low durability materials will be used. Risers, flow and tamper switches, and overhead mains and lines within existing structure are existing to remain. Existing roof level sprinklers to remain above proposed office ceilings. System is to be returned to service daily. Includes design, permit, taxes, delivery, testing, materials, and labor. System to be tested per NFPA• 13 and local codes. Design to NFPA 13 for light hazard occupancy in office area. Price based on material costs through 11/01/2011. We assume no responsibility for any defects or deficiencies in the existing installation. One -year warranty on new work included. We propose to perform this interior work for the sum of $2,000.00 (Two Thousand Dollars) The above price does not include relocation of the existing overhead line in the vicinity of the proposed demising wall. If relocation is required to maintain clearance from wall, add $400 for this additional work EXCLUDES: PAINTING, ELECTRICAL, PATCHING, ALARMS, HORN /STROBES, WIRING, EXTINGUISHERS, INSTALL OR CUT CEILING TILES, CENTER OF TILE RELOCATIONS, ANY WORK OUTSIDE OF DEMISED SPACES, AND ALL OTHER WORK OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF OUR FIRE SPRINKLER LICENSE.
