TLC Electric, Inc. is replacing 2 existing transfer switches with new ones at a time and material basis. The
approximate billing amount for this job will be $1,200.00. The new transfer switches will be provided by
the owner, TLC Electric, Inc. is mainly providing labor.

All work will be done in a neat and orderly fashion meeting all local, state and
national electrical codes.
100% of payment due upon completion of electrical work. A 1.5% per month late fee
will be added to invoices paid over 30 day from date of invoice. Any additional costs
required for the collection of bills will be the owners / builders responsibility to pay.
