WE HEREBY PROPOSE TO FURNISH MATERIALS AND LABOR NECESSARY FOR THE COMPLETION OF
Electric for new car wash
Electrical Scope as Follows
Inclusions: Electrical, Division 16, to include:
-K &K to demo existing electric for old car wash. Lock out and make safe. Reuse all existing conduits.
-K &K to not remove any conduits or boxes in bay area and reuse all.
-K &K to supply and install new cat 5E cable from coin box to transaction counter thru existing conduit.
-Price is based on drawings, plans and spec's provided dated: 7/0812011 @ 1:35 pm.
-Price based on e-mail dated Aug 18, 2011 at 12:49 pm.
-K &K to repair 4 - of the existing 6 - 320 watt fixtures.
-K &K to provide conduit and wire for power and controls for the following equipment:
-Turbo pump @ 60 amp CB, Dryer @ 100 amp CB, bay box @60 amp CB,RO, pre wash control, reclaim, wheel blaster,
-e -stop, bay plates and chemical pumps.
III. Exclusions: Any trade work not mentioned in the above scope of work under the heading "inclusions" plus bonds,
permit fees (other than electrical), surveying and/or measurement benchmarks, dewatering, utility consumption fees,
asphalt, concrete, brick paver and /or sod work not expressly included above, equipment pads, erosion control, pollution
prevention measures and hazardous waste disposal. Temporary power and temporary power generation.
Instrumentation and telemetry. Control Panels. Generator and transfer switch, fuel tank and piping.
-Price does not include engineered drawing, drawings, impact fee's or permitting costs.
-Price does not include any UL listing.
