item over and above this agreement. Verbal agreements with our workmen will not be recognized. Although we will exercise all due caution •ire cannot be
held responsible for cracked driveways or damaged sprinklers.
During the installation and removal of your roof thousands of nails will be removed and installed. We will magnet drag every day, however.

A certain amount of vibration is to be expected during roof installation, therefore, pictures, mirrors, artviork, etc. should be removed from walls and
:handeliers and light fixtures globes should be removed. Also crystal and china in cabinets should be protected. A. Larsson & Sons Roofing, Inc. will not be
held responsible for damage to these items. A. Larsson & Sons Roofing, inc.will not be held responsible for damage to Improperly installed plumbing pipes
under roof deck.
Nails used to install shingles will be a minimum oft 1 /4 "in length A. Larsson & Sons Roofing. Inc. is not responsible for nail penetrations through
