PUD to GC -2 and MR -2, a part of that unplatted Hidden Lake PUD
property adjacent to Hidden Lake Drive entrance, represented by
A.B. Peterson for Don Bales. There was no one to speak in op-
position. After discussion, Mr. Gallagher moved to recommend
the rezoning. Mr. Foggin seconded. Motion carried.
The next item for discussion was a Public Hearing to rezone from
PUD to GC -2, MR -1 and SR -1, a part of that unplatted Hidden Lake
PUD property south of Airport Blvd., north of Lake Mary Blvd., east
of Hidden Lake Drive and west of Highway 17 -92, represented by
A. B. Peterson for Wm. Goodman. The rezoning concept was presented
at the November 6, 1980 meeting and at that time Mr. Jerry Feinstein
stated that every home built in the SR -1 zone would contain at least
1050 sq. ft. living area. After discussion, Mr. Foggin moved to
recommend the rezoning. Mr. Gallagher seconded. Motion carried over
the dissenting votes of Mrs. Roberts and Mr. Miller.
The next item for discussion was a site plan tabled from Nov. 20,
1980 meeting for 16 duplexes on lots 3 thru 18, Blk. 8, Dreamwold,
3rd Sec. zoned MR -2 (between Lake & Chase and south of 24th Place)
represented by Bill Murphy. Mr. Barks moved to remove the item
from the table. Mr. Miller seconded. Motion carried. After dis-
cussion of the City Engineer's comments, Mr. Willis moved to approve

on plans relating to engineering submitted by Clark - Dietz, Inc.
Mrs. Roberts seconded. Motion carried.
The next item was a site plan and a request for a conditional use
in the SR -1 zoned district for duplexes on lots 5 thru 10, Blk. 9,
Dreamwold 3rd Sec. located on the east side of Lake Ave. and south

along the rear lot line and underground electric on both projects.
Mr. Foggin seconded. Motion carried over the dissenting votes of
r. Miller and Mrs. Roberts.
The next item was a site plan and request for a conditional use
for an automotive body repair and paint shop in the GC -2 zoned
district at 2730 Sanford Avenue (formerly Seminole Paint Co.)
represented by Bobby Mize. There was discussion on the parking
spaces and landscaping. It was pointed out that the parking
spaces shown were 5 ft. short of the requirement and because of
the existing paving the 5 ft. buffer landscaping may be a problem.
The City Engineer had indicated that the landscaping could be
worked out. Mrs. Roberts moved to approve the plan and conditional
use with the stipulation that the three parking spaces be 25 ft.
instead of 20 ft. and some additional landscaping be provided.
Mr. Whigham seconded. Motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
