Carriage Cove Mobile Home Park, represented by Mr. Frank D'Amico.

Celery Avenue, represented by Mr. Robert Tesla. He explained

The restriping of 17 -92 was brought up for discussion and al-
though the primary purpose of creating a slower lane of traffic
for turning left into shopping center, etc, is good, the need
is still present for a "Right Turn Only" sign at the Bank.
The City Engineer brought up for discussion the need at times,
for some minor changes in site plans, and the question as to
whether these minor changes need to be brought before the Board.
The members agreed the City Staff should be allowed to make such
changes at theme own discretion.
In the matter of RMOI District and the question of alcoholic
beverages, it was agreed that the original intent was that
Clubs, Lodges, and Fraternal Organizations were allowed the
sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises,
in accordance with the City Code.
Regarding the hours of operation in the RC-1 District, it was
decided that it should be left open, and each case considered
separately.
