The meeting was called into executive session by Chairman
Harris at 6 :00 P. M.
The property under consideration is located on West 1st
street and East of Terwilliger Lane, North of Tamarind
Avenue and South of Seminole Blvd., known as the Myers
Strip from 1st street to the boulevard.
It is all Multi - family and Mr. Amlund stated that C -1 would
give them everything they need to build.
Mr. Logan made a motion to recommend it be zoned C -1, if
they limit the access, for his protection as well as ours.
Asking for one access plus a street. There is a restriction
on curb cuts also, one curb cut on to State Road 46.
Mr. Amlund said this doesn't hinder them in the least.
Motion seconded by Mr. Franklin and duly carried.
The rest of this area taken to City limits, motion made
by Mr. Karns to recommend it be zoned R -3, seconded by
Mr. Berrien and duly carried.
The property on Reservoir Lake, known as the Lucas Bannon
Property. The legal on zoning did not include the 10 acre
parcel on the East side of Reservoir Lake.
They asked for Multi - family zoning so that it would be
consistent with the Hidden Lake Area which is Multi - family.

Mr. Karns made a motion to recommend to the City Commission
this area be zoned multi- family, seconded by Mr. David
Berrien.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
