The meeting was called to order by the chairman.
Gerald Dake, City Planner, presented a showing of
slides of mobile home parks, which he had taken
throughout different areas of the state. As the
new zoning ordinance would have a section regarding
mobile home parks this was presented to give the
members an idea of the regulations and restrictions
that would be required to insure the most feasible
layout of the park.
It was announced by Mr. Risner th& the City Commission
had authorized the revision of the Sanford Zoning
Ordinance and that Mr. Dake had been awarded the contract.
Mr. Dake presented a schedule for the workshops for
revision of the Zoning Ordnance. It was suggested
by Mr. Karns that some of these meetings be held in
the afternoon instead of at night and the other members
were in agreement.
