The Public Hearing for rezoning requested by Garfield Walker
received no official action by the Board due to the lack of a
quorum. Chairman Harris set a new date for the Public Hearing
on the next regular meeting of September 17, 1970.
Mr. Darwin Nutt presented the topography and preliminary plat
of the Hallmark Subdivision. Mr. Nutt advised the Board of
several changes to improve the drainage and the street pattern.
Mr. Nutt asked for a favorable approval of the preliminary plats.

Mr. Martin Gainer, City Planner, was present and commented on
the Neighborhood Analysis.
The Members of the Board commended Mr. Gainer on the preparation
of the Analysis, but deferred action till the next meeting, be-
cause of the lack of a quroum.
There being no futher business the meeting was adjourned.
