September 1, 1960
Members present were: Messers. McSibbin, Karnes,
Harris, Kirtley, Lee, Binh, anU Johnson. Also present was
Building Official Yelvington.

The minutes of August 25, 1960, were read and
A replat of the following described property was
presented on behalf of Demetree Construction Company for the
Board's approval.
Beginning 235 feet West of intersection of Celery
and Mellonville Avenues in the City of Sanford,
Florida, run southerly parallel with Mellonville
Avenue 773 feet, thence East 235 feet to center of
Mellonville Avenue, thence to right -of -way of
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, thence westerly along
said railroad right -of -way to the center line of
Locust Avenue, thence North along said center line
of Locust Avenue to the intersection of said center
line with the center line of Celery Avenue, thence
East along said center line of Celery Avenue to
the point of beginning.
After a brief discussion, Mr. Harris moved that
this plat be approved, motion seconded by Mr. Karnes and
carried.
There being no further immediate business at hand,
the board then went into a continued review of the City's
proposed zoning ordinance. See Addendum No. 6 dated
August 25, 1960.
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
