�- Members present were: Nessers. McKibbin, Johnson,
Bush, Harris, and Lee. Also present were: City Manager
Knowles and Building and'Planning Official Yelvington.
0 Meeting called to order by .Chairman McKibbin.

c Reading of the previous minutes was waived.
The Building Official presented for the Board's ap-
proval the following off - street parking proposals:
1. Tire Re- capping Shop — south of Woodruff's
Marine service on the east side of French
Avenue, south of 24th Street.
The plan showed 17 off- street spaces. Moved
by Mr. Harris, seconded by Mr. .Johnson and
carried that the 17 off- street parking spaces
be accepted.
2 . Trampoline Center -- S. W. corner of 24th Street
and French Avenue. The plan showed 11 off- street
parking spaces. Moved by Mr. Bush, seconded by
Mr. Harris and carried that the plan of 11 off-
street parking spaces be accepted.
There being no further immediate business at hand,
the Board then went into their continued discussion and re-
view work on the proposed, new zoning ordinance presented
by the City's Planning Consultant for future adoption.
Note suggested Addendum No. 4 to this ordinance. However,
no official action was taken on the ordinance.
