ZONING AND PLANNING.COMMISSION
Regular Meeting
City Hall
7:30 PM
October 6, 1960
Members present were: Messers. McKibbin, Harris,
Johnson, Karns, Lee, and Talley. Also present was Building
Official Yelvington.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman McKibbin.
,Reading of the previous minutes was waived.
There being no urgent business at hand, the Board
continued and finished the review work on the Comprehensive
Zoning Plan for Sanford, inclusive of the tentative zoning
ordinance and the zoning map.
There being no further business at hand, the meeting
adjourned to the next regular meeting of October 20th, pro-
viding W . George Simons, Planning Consultant, could arrange
his schedule to meet with the Board on that date.
