COMMISSION, CITY HALL, SANFORD, FLORIDA, THURSDAY,
APRIL 21st, 1955.

Chairman Brown called meeting to order.
Minutes of the last three (3) meetings were read and approved.
The Commission was informed of the request made to the City
Commission for the re-- zoning of the North side of 25th Street
to a C -M district. The City Commission referred it to the
Zoning and Planning Commission.
Mr. Lee moved that since the owners of the area involved do
not objeot, but desire, the re- zoning of Lots 6 7, 12
13 14, and 19 of Edgewood Sub- division, that eTote be
recommended to the City Commission to be re -zoned to C -N
district. Seconded by Mr. Wilson and carried.
This motion to be held until more recommendations are pre-
pared to be submitted to the City Commission.
The proposed off- street parking ordinance was discussed and
Mr. Gut offered to submit a report at the neat regular meeting
as a recommendation of the Zoning and Planning Commission.
The possibility was pointed out of a need for a Committee on
off-street parking regulations, if such an ordinance should
be passed.
There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
