such area does not exceed 5% of the minimum dwelling area require-
ments of the particular zone. Mr. Faville seconded the motion and
it passed. It was decided that outside dimensions are used in computing
the dwelling areas.
Mr. McKibbin moved that, in the R1 -X, R -3 R -4, and R -5 zones,
the minimum dwelling area shall be computed by excluding porte- cocheres,
porches, car portes, and garages and that the word "attached" should
be deleted from the respective sections. Mr. Morgan seconded the
motion and it passed.
Mr. Yelvington pointed out that there was no minimum dwelling
area required in R -1 and R -2 zones. The question was tabled pending
further discussion.
Mr. McKibbin moved that the occupancy requirements of the R1 -X
and R1 -B be similar to that of the Rl -AA, R1 -A, R -1, and R -2 zones.
Mr. Lee seconded the motion and it passed.
Mr. Yelvington requested a definition of the word "reverse" as
used in the ordinance. To clarify the use, Mr. McKibbin moved that
