The following details the approved COA- I, Installation of a 12' tall brick wall set 10' back from the principal fagade of the structures; • Wall is to be constructed perpendicular to the adjacent walls; • Brick must be laid in a bond pattern to match the adjacent structure; • Brick utilized must match adjacent shucture as close as reasonably possible. The Board's decision was based on a finding that the proposed change to the properly is consistent with the purpose and intent of Schedule S and will not adversely impact the surrounding residential district. Please be advised a Building Permit may be required for the activity detailed above. Please contact the City of Samford Building Department at 407.330.5657 for more informaation. You must post the attached COA on site while work is ongoing Failure to post the attached COA and permit win result in a stop work order being placed on the entire project.
