I understand the City fire inspector visited the site (10/28/08) and was asking questions in
reference to the backflow prevention device, the Siamese hose connection and the point of
service. We have added this information to our site plan sheet C -3.
We coordinated the information with the Owner's fire sprinkler contractor to verify we are
showing the information he previously provide to the Fire Chief. Please provide the Fire Chief
with a copy of the plans for their reference.
