MINUTES HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING OF DECEMBER 14, 2000 PAGF, 7. Under Minor Review, Ms. Webber stated that she will be painting the front steps and the slabs on top of the brick on either side of the steps at 1104 Magnolia Avenue. Mr. Rogers asked Staff to check to see if the fence around the Paulucci lot will stay and what are the plans for this site. Mr. Then asked why the blue school house on Palmetto Avenue was saved.
