Item 7 Minor Reviews
Item 8 Six Month Reviews
Item 9 Board Members Items for Discussion
Ms. Shreve — lot at 7 th and Magnolia where house burned needs to be shorn and cleaned,
there is still demolition debris. The Breehl house at 700 Park Avenue still has rear porch
enclosed with plate glass, has Code enforcement notified them?
Ms. Powers — has any action been taken on the board vacancy?
Mr. Then — The steel doors on Magnolia Square are still there, is there a C of A for any
of the work being done there? There is a building approximately 2 buildings south of the
property at 308 E 4 th that has roof materials half off the building and hanging in the
alleyway and more debris in the alley. Is there a way to get updated information on items
given to code enforcement to provide the status /progress on any complaints a monthly
basis? Start time of meeting is a concern, can it be changed?
