Item 2 Call to Order — the meeting was called to order at 5:39 p.m.
Item 3 Approval of Minutes for the April 14, 2005 meeting.
Ms. Gibbs made the motion to approve.
Mr. Ewen seconded the motion.
Motion carried 5 -0.
Item 4 Applications for Certificates of Appropriateness - Residential District
Item 4A 618 S Palmetto Avenue, owner Cally Dawber, is requesting approval to demolish
addition at the rear of the house.
Ms. Gibbs made the motion to approve as submitted to demolish the screen addition.
Mr. Ewen seconded.
Motion carried 4 -0.
Item 4B 605 S Magnolia Avenue, owner Dale Newton is requesting approval to attach a carport
to the pre- existing garage.
Ms. Gibbs made the motion to approve as submitted.
Mr. Ewen seconded the motion.
Motion carried 4 -0

falling off.
