PM -1 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the property
located at 718 Oak Avenue The applicant would like to replace the existing original wood
window on the north elevation with a wood window of a different dimension to accommodate the
new layout for an interior kitchen remodel.
