PM -1 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Variance application for the property located at 215 S. Oak Avenue
The applicant would like to obtain final approval for a variance to install a 6 foot aluminum fence on the
northern property line.

PM -2 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the property located at
115 S. Magnolia Avenue The applicant would like to obtain final approval for new doors and glass
block installation on the rear of the existing structure.
