Elm Avenue The applicant would like to obtain final approval for a variance for the side yard setback from 5' to 2' as well as final approval for a variance to the size of the garage doors from 9' to 12'. Tax Parcel Number: 25- 19- 30 -5AG- 0905 -0090 Property Owner: Sally Fleischmann Representative: Jason & Sally Oyler Minor Reviews 6 Month Reviews (November 2006 Meeting) Certificate of AppropriatenessApplications 309 W. 5 rh Street Item: Final approval to replace the original wood windows and several aluminum windows with energy efficient, historic styled windows. Status: The property owners are in the process of rehabilitating and re- installing the original wood windows. Several windows were too deteriorated to be retained, therefore they will be replaced with ones of new construction, built to match the originals. The window rehabilitation is being performed by CCS Restoration. Citizen Participation Citizen Steve Chusmir to provide information regarding lighting in the historic district. Jim Winter of CPH to provide information regarding First Street streetscape. Staff Reports /Training Chairman and Board Items for Discussion Adjournment ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC.
