PM -1 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the property located at
907 S. Magnolia Avenue The applicant would like to obtain final approval to demolish an existing rear
addition in order to construct a 2 -story addition at the rear of the structure.

PM -2 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a variance application for the property located at 703 Palmetto

the structure, to be replaced with a new addition, as well installation of a covered porch on the 2nd story.
