1206 S. Park Avenue The applicant would like to obtain final approval modify the garage roof by
closing in the rafter tails and adding a gable over the side entry.

Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to deny the presented request.
Mr. Chen seconded the motion.
Motion carried 4 -0.

Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to make the recommendation to the City Commission that the sign
be designated a landmark.
Mr. Compton seconded the motion.
