Christine — Wanted to verify how the board had given approval at the March 2008 meeting for the
submittal made by Mr. Florian for the retail /residential building at Palmetto and Commercial Avenues.
The board members present indicated that their approval had been conceptual only and that several points
had been made on items they wanted to see returned with dimensions, measurements, etc.
Christine also mentioned that she was aware of the non - compliant door at 801 Park Avenue and that the
facade at 1s and Palmetto was incomplete.
