Tax Parcel Number: 25 -19 -30 -5AG- 0402 -0100 Property Owner: Ritz Community Theatre Representative: Michael Towers PM -2 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the property located at 301 W. 10 Street The applicant would like to obtain final approval for side entry doors. Tax Parcel Number: 25 -19 -30 -5AG- 1206 -0010 Property Owner: Matt Blanton Representative: Robert Wilferd Minor Reviews 6 Month Reviews (November 2008 Meeting) 301 W 10 Street Item: Final approval to demolish an existing garage in order to provide parking for the 4 -unit dwelling. 1010 S. Oak-Avenue Item: Final approval to build a garage bonus room which will require removal of the existing garage roof. 112 S. Sanford Avenue Item: Final approval to retain the new awning that was installed after removal of the original awning. 706 S. Palmetto Avenue Item: Final approval to construct a new 2 -story addition on the rear of the house, and relocation of the existing rear porch. Public Meetings PM -1 Address: 207 Magnolia Avenue Property Owner: Ritz Community Theatre Projects Inc Representative: Mike Towers Request: final approval to relocate the box office and installation of poster boxes. Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve as presented. Mr. Yebba seconded the motion. Motion approved 3 -0. Additionally, Mr. Towers sought input on changes to the building signage. PM -2 Address: 301 W 10 Street Property Owners: Matt Blanton Representative: Robert Wilferd Request: final approval for side entry doors. Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve option 2, the maple 3 panel traditional style door (exterior rated) and option 4, listed as item 4 1710 on submitted document. Mr. Yebba seconded the motion. Motion carried 3 -0. Minor Review 6 Month Review Citizen Participation Minutes May 28, 2008 Page 2 Staff Reports /Training Christine — Wanted to verify how the board had given approval at the March 2008 meeting for the submittal made by Mr. Florian for the retail /residential building at Palmetto and Commercial Avenues. The board members present indicated that their approval had been conceptual only and that several points had been made on items they wanted to see returned with dimensions, measurements, etc. Christine also mentioned that she was aware of the non - compliant door at 801 Park Avenue and that the facade at 1s and Palmetto was incomplete. Chairman and Board's Items for Discussion Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:53 p.m.
