chairman must be assigned.

Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve with corrections to item
PM -2; request is for replacement of vinyl windows.
Mr. Yebba seconded the motion.

Mr. Beall has added a light weight aluminum fence to the request.
Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve the request with fiberglass shingles as the approved
roofing materials rather than metal roofing.
Mr. Yebba seconded the motion.

Mr. Dieckhaus made the motion to approve the request, allowing applicant to work with staff on an
architectural feature on the left side of the front door such as a false window or window trim with
closed shutters.

walkway, approve the replacement of the missing shutters with like vinyl shutters, all painted to
match, and to deny the porch extension.
