Tax Parcel Number: 25 -19 -30 -5AG- 0301 -0090 Property Owner: Luthers Barbeque LLC Representative: Luther Clarke PM -2 Hold a Public Meeting to consider a Certificate of Appropriateness application for the property located at 1111 S. Palmetto Avenue The applicant would like to obtain approval to install new windows on the primary facade. Park Avenue The applicant would like to obtain approval to remove a rear window, door and staircase, as well as replace T -1 -11 plywood siding. Status: City Commission allowed for a maximum of four stories per Schedule S requirements; project currently in development review. 203 -207 Magnolia Avenue Item: Approval for signs. Status: Two of three approved signs are currently in permitting. 601 Magnolia Avenue Item: Approval to retain changes made to the porch. Status: Request denied. A denial development order was issued and recorded in the Seminole County public record on November 12, 2008. This item will be forwarded to the Special Magistrate for hearing and fines. 700 Magnolia Avenue Item: Approval to install single hung, vinyl windows. Status: Applicant has not submitted a building permit for window replacement. 111 N. Palmetto Avenue Item: Approval to install a speakeasy on the original front entry door. Status: Speakeasy has been installed on the original front entry door. Citizen Participation Staff Reports /Training ■ Review of proposed Schedule S changes for special work session. Mr. Chusmir made the motion to approve as submitted. Mr. Dieckhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0. Public Meetings PM -1 Address: 300 E. 2nd Street Property Owner: Luthers Barbeque LLC Request: Approval to enclose the double garage bay and install French doors on the south elevation. Representative: Luther Clarke and David Sweet Mr. Chusmir made the motion to deny the request. Mr. Yebba seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0. Mr. Dieckhaus made a motion to approve alternative doors, allowing a reduction in the door opening up to 10 %. Option 1: door photos 1 and 2 exhibited as standard garage doors with glass panels in all openings. Option 2: accordion style folding glass door wall with transoms Mr. Chusmir seconded the motion Motion carried 4 -0. Mr. Dieckhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0. Citizen Participation Minor Review 6 Month Review Staff Reports /Training Christine Reviewed with the board the list she had compiled for changes to Schedule S. She asked the board to contact her with any additional items that should be added to the list. Chairman and Board's Items for Discussion Mr. Chen addressed the board about Robert's Rules or Order, and procedure by which the board is bound. Adjournment There being no further business, the meet adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
