Item: Approval for a new building on the south end of the site.
Status: The project site plan is currently in engineering review.

Item: Approval for installation of a shade structure in the square.
Status: This project is on hold due to financial constraints.

Item: Approval to extend the front porch, remove columns, and install vinyl shutters.
Status: To date this work has not yet been performed, and the applicant has not applied for a permit.

Status: The applicant is working with an architect to create construction documents for permitting.

Item: Approval to construct a detached garage.
Status: The applicant has put this project on hold until a later date.
