Status: The new windows have been installed on the primary facade.

Status: The garage doors have been installed.

Status: To date this work has not yet been performed, and the applicant has not applied for a permit.

Delton Chen called the meeting to order at 5:32 PM
Minutes
The May 27, 2009 regular meeting minutes were considered. Mr. Chusmir moved to approve the minutes.
Mr. Dieckhaus seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 5 to 0.
Mr. Chen read the following into the public record:
"Applicants are advised that any person aggrieved by a determination of the Board may appeal
such determination to the City Commission by filing a written appeal and paying associated fees
through the City Clerk's Office within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board action. Additionally,
a permit may be required for any Certificate of Appropriateness approved this evening. It is the
applicant's responsibility to inquire with the Building Department as to whether or not a permit is
required for the approved Certificate of Appropriateness."

to all four elevations.

Mr. Kinney made a motion to approve the request for modifications to all four elevations, with option 43
(relocation of existing windows to east elevation) on the condition that EIFS is prohibited for constructing
the parapet. The parapet shall be constructed of wood and stucco. Mr. Chusmir seconded. All in favor.
Motion carried 5 -0.

Mr. Dieckhaus made a motion to approve porch railings and balusters on the second story (south
elevation), as presented. Mr. Chusmir seconded. All in favor. Motion carried 5 -0.
Minor Reviews
The board approved minor reviews. The board discussed the status of the repairs at 305 S. Park Avenue,
as well as discussion regarding vacant and foreclosed properties.

Staff Reports
Chairman and Board Items for Discussion
Mr. Dieckhaus inquired as to the status of the window at 101 E. IO' Street. Staff advised the property
owners had not yet closed the permit, and advised the board there would be follow up. Mr. Dieckhaus
inquired as to the status of facade improvements at 115 -117 W. 1S Street. Staff advised a site visit would
be performed. Mr. Kinney inquired as to the meeting date for the Schedule S workshop.
