The purpose of this letter is to state that the following revisions to the referenced project are acceptable to
this office, and myself as Engineer of Record.
1. The two existing 1 ° water meters were re -used to serve domestic water to the building in lieu of using one
new 2" water meter as shown on plans.
2. A sink was added to one of the tenant spaces on the second floor of the building. Water, waste, and vent
piping were installed per applicable codes.
