6. Comment: "There are no product substitul:es to all Ross uational vendor products. Attempts to
substitute non -Ross products in either the drawings or specifications are not acceptable without
approval from the Ross Construction Manager. Please review all prototype information and the
Site Specific Plan (AE -1) and incorporate in the construction documents.

7. Comment: Provide "clear" fitting room dimensions to ensure proper install of our fitting rooru
modular system.
Response: Please see revised Street A4.0 for `clear" dimensions.
8. Comment: No sales floor walls are to have electrical devices placed on them, they must be
ceiling or column mounted to not interfere with store fixtures.

9. Comment: All utilities, metiers and lines to be independent for Ross, no items (fire riser,
sanitary, water, electric, etc.) will be tied into other existing or future tenants.

Response- Blease see revised Street ASI (street renamed to clarify conflict: with Structural
street naming). The location of tine 8 -yard buns, as indicated in the AEI, cannot be
accommodated dune to the current location of the transformer for the Ross space. As
indicated, in existing bin is located across the truck drive within camera vision of the rear
mann exit: door. The rear man exit door has been shifted so as to avoid existing wall
mounted electrical meters and equipment for the Ross space. The electrical room was
rot -aced to utilize existing connection locations between interior and exterior electrical
equipment. We received approval of the revised layout, as indicated in the attached
construction drawings, via email 08/17/10.
13. Comment: Sheet D1, show callout for exisl:ing rear door to be removed, clarify what is
happening at condition on rear at this area..
