PH-1 Hold a Public Hearing to consider a Variance request to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow a reduced
street side yard setback from the required 7.5 foot minimum as allowed by Schedule S, Land Development
Regulations, to a 5 foot minimum for the purpose of reconstructing an addition destroyed by a vehicle accident at
1317 Park Avenue.
