THE CONTRACTOR MUST INSTALL ALL STORM SEWER AND SANITARY SEWER COMPONENTS WHICH FUNCTION BY GRAVITY PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF ALL OTHER UTILITIES. 7. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF SITE PLAN DOCUMENTS AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FOR EXACT BUILDING UTILITY CONNECTION LOCATIONS, GREASE TRAP REQUIREMENTS/DETAILS, DOOR ACCESS, AND EXTERIOR GRADING. THE ARCHITECT WILL DETERMINE THE UTILITY SERVICE SIZES, THE CONTRACTOR MUST COORDINATE INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES/SERVICES WITH THE INDIVIDUAL COMPANIES, "TO AVOID CONFLICTS AND TO ENSURE TFIE\T PROPER DEPTI-IS ARE ACHIEVED.
