Review Minutes: SERC 11/20/18, motion to Approve by Marc Hultin, seconded by Jim Gantt

Add On Items/New Business
03/16/19: St. Paddy's Day Truck Pull discussion of one food truck and one officer at area of
food truck, bike rack barricades, class 3 barricades, an additional dumpster, Paul Williams will
have crew canvass area for garbage, street closure will go out, event should go before
Commission on February 12th, 2019.
05/18/19: Beer for Brains, Melissa's Race After Party discussion that they will not have food
trucks, a spiderbox is needed, trash cans and liners, the need of a Certificate of Insurance for
the bounce house, have an officer with lights at 1st and Oak. The street closure will be sent out
and the event should go before Commission of February 12, 2019.

04/21/19: Sanford Easter Sunrise Service: discussion ensued about the location being at Fort
Mellon Park, Mr. Jehan would like restrooms open at the park, they will provide a Certificate of
Insurance, the sound will face the water. This event may go before Commission on or before
February 12, 2019.
10/12/19: Sanford Riverwalk 5K: A spiderbox is requested, restrooms to be open and irrigation
off.
04/06/19: Stomp for their Fight: The event coordinators will provide restrooms, they will rent
Pavillion 1, set up for stage will take place on Friday, they will need Fire Rescue and additional
barricades. They will come back to SERC in February with map and further details. Should go
before Commission on February 12, 2019.
04/20/19: Run for God 5K: Event will be same format as last year.
02/15/19: Mega Rv Show: Jennifer Brooks will follow up with Eileen Hinson.
