Add On Items/New Business
5/25/19: Monts Law Firm Event, upgraded to an event by Parks due to the event's growth. A
dumpster and an employee will be provided, the bathroom will be restocked, a COI is needed.
3/22-3/31/19: Seminole County Fair, James Strates joined in via telephone conference. A 30
yard dumpster has been requested. Strates plans to provide 8 portable toilets and 2 ADA
toilets however it's not sufficient for large crowds. Parks will make a recommendation as to
how many toilets should be provided. Code Enforcement requires all signage out of the right of
way.
4/5 & 4/6/19: Hollerbach's Springfest, an 8 yard dumpster will be provided, Jennifer will check
on use of the Welcome Center's dumpster. 2 spider boxes are requested for the South West
corner of Magnolia Square and at the theater.
03/17/19: St. Pat's Fest, Jennifer called Mike Smith and left a message. Christina Hollerbach
represented the event. 10 trash recepticles and liners would be needed. If the event has live
entertainment they will need spider boxes.
4/13/19: Laotian New Year, Police Department provides services. Event representatives
weren't available for the meeting.
The group discussed street closures for March for Meals 5K event. Jennifer will provide an
alternate route.
4/20/19: Easter EGGstravaganza was tabled until next SERC.
