FD will be stationed by the library. Maintenance will provide 1 staff member and 6 spider boxes. Recycling with set up is requested by Parks, 125 chairs, VIP may be at Celery City Craft, Jennifer Brooks will notify Limo Cycle and Ride Line about crossing barricades afterhours and the security concern, would like the fountain on. Cindo De Mayo has requested an event during Saturday and Sunday and St. John's River Festival representatives do not see an issue with such. Pints and Paws: Paul Williams attended and has requested event be extended a block, Westend- 2"d/Sanford, 3rd/Sanford. "European Row" will offer craft beer from Hollerbach's 1 Sullivan's, Buster's Bistro and Luisa's Cellar. Road closures will be longer due to SABP. Sgt. Glenn will email Paul Williams(and copy Jennifer Brooks) regarding street closures and officer's needed. 05/04-05/2019: Cinco De Mayo, Sanford Brewing Company has permission to join event. Event representatives will obtain a tent permit, the noise ordinance needs to be looked at and possible amending the noise time to permit music until 11pm. Will need 2 spider boxes, 10 trash cans with 20 liners(same as last year). A reminder of no glass bottles or cups outside was discussed. 04/06/2019: Stomp for their Fight, was discussed with event coordinator via phone. An email was sent to Jennifer Brooks with updates. Some of the highlights are: Confirmation will come soon regarding possible head liner country acts: Canaan Smith, Green Swamp Band, and Gretchan Wilson. 11am — 4 pm will be bounce houses, 12-2 pm Zoo, need specifics of ingress and egress, coordinator is working with tv and radio stations, a COI for the bounce houses will be needed. Staff Reports/Discussion Hooters event: Police Department needs to enforce no thong and no buttocks ordinance for Swimsuit Pageant. Meeting adjourned: 10:23 am INJ
