Add On Items/New Business
07/20/19: Food Truck Wars, Belgian Indy Day, in attendance were Harry Graham of Buster's
Bistro and Paul Williams of West End Trading Company.
The stage will be on the north side of the grocery store. 3rd Street will be closed. Draft trailers
and vehicles will serve as barricades, seating will be picnic tables, tents, the tents will be
secured with concrete. Vendors will be selling resale goods. There will not be food vendors
except for Buster's Bistro and Oyster Bob's may come. Oyster Bob's must have all permits and
wear gloves and a sneeze guard. Insurance will be needed for Oyster Bob's. The stage will be
small and host a DJ. An officer will be at the entrance. Staff cars will be parked at the Alleyway.
The event will be similar to Jingle Jam but 2 blocks less. Will send out street notification.
